Claire very rude told me no pharmacist available til 5pm don't bother calling back til then she gave me incorrect information so I called my GP they had to ring your pharmacy. I received a text message from my GP which I showed to the rude and arrogant person. I will be taking this further. She knew she was wrong I asked for her manager and she wouldn't even do that. She should not be working in this industry. Disgusting

There’s genuinely poor customer service at this pharmacy. There seems to be an attitude of not caring. On several occasions I’ve stood by the counter for long periods waiting to be served (10+ minutes) and if you poke your head around the partition you can see the staff on their phones not working. I do think it’s probably one of the busiest in Lincoln as it’s situated in a busy super market but Lloyds really should address whatever the issues are. I have also once been given the wrong prescription for my son. I was given an adult strength laxative instead of the paediatric version, luckily my partner spotted this before we gave him any. I would imagine that’s a huge no no for a pharmacist

This pharmacy has been extremely busy since the pandemic and in the past service hasn't been good however tonight it was excellent. Only 10 minutes wait, good customer service and really helpful staff. Let's hope this continues.

Have to give 1 star as no option to give minus stars !!! Never answer calls at sainsburys Lincoln Lloyds, and no help at all shocking service when Lloyds so called overseas help line as waiting 3 weeks for items that are paid for on hold 8 mins to be told lost in transit unbelievable will NEVER buy from 2nd rate Lloyds again !!!

I would NOT recommend getting your prescription filled here. The head Pharmacist is very argumentative, and in my opinion is stealing medication from people I know 3 separate people that have gone in for painkillers, and have been shorted, then refused to reissue. Best of health to you all though.

I’ve just moved my monthly tablets from here as they never have them in . I’m still owed since 20 th of December half my December tablets, they never answer the phone…. Absolute shocking service and very poor manners.

Rang to check for medication which I couldn’t find at at least 4 other chemists including coop, boots, Tesco and Morrisons. Very helpful staff, sourced medication and even ordered in my next prescription when no one else could get any supplies. Very helpful staff in an extremely busy pharmacy during all my visits. Thank you.

Terrible service. Multiple customers have walked away muttering how slow and unbothered they are. Stood here for 30 mins nearly before i was seen while having a look around i could see there was 3 of them talking while “stacking” a few things on shelves, there was 6 people waiting. They all need sacking.
