I always find the staff friendly and helpful...
The waiting time used to be really long and signed up 3 times for the text service informing you when your prescription was ready but never received one text...
Since the pandemic they've adapted well and did expect to wait longer but to be fair the waiting times have been less and seem to have a good system in place.
Not sure what they have to deal with behind the scenes but it does seem a lot calmer and more organised so I'm happy to carry on using them.

Poor customer service.
You can’t pick up a prescription in your lunch break as the pharmacists are on lunch between 1-2pm. No apology just a shrug like I should have know when it isn’t advertised anywhere that this is the case. No reasonable adjustment made for deaf customers that lip read. I understand the need for masks but not one colleague had a lip reader friendly mask on or could sign to help me, again no apology made or acknowledgment that this causes a huge problem.

Absolute joke of a chemist… Prescription sent over from GP on Friday I had to ring on Saturday morning to see what was happening to be told they’d had the prescription since Friday morning and that they’d get it processed straight away, I goes to the chemist at 10.30am to be told by the snotty woman behind the counter it wasn’t ready and it’d be at least an hour before I could collect it… I replied but you’ve had it since yesterday morning her reply well we do have lots of other peoples to get ready too… I don’t doubt that but over 24 hours to get a prescription ready is diabolical… The attitude of the staff needs a serious overhaul…

This was a great village chemist, but over when last 3-4 years they have gone down hill. Requests for prescription they've had for 3 days are still not ready when we go to collect, and find the attitude of the staff is appalling. There is a sign that says abuse to their staff will not be tolerated, which is fine, no abuse is acceptable, but people get frustrated when their medication is not ready when it's been there for nearly a week. Please sort it out and get back to the high standards you used to provide

You are advised to speak to a chemist rather than call the Dr’s, this I did and wish I hadn’t bothered, he was very abrupt as if he didn’t want to help. Also twice now I have had to chase prescriptions after 4 and 5 days! This is not acceptable. Have now changed for my prescription to go to another chemist where their service is 100% better! Would not recommend this chemist at all

I have just been to collect my 2 week old Daughters prescription to be served by a snotty member of staff to say it won’t be ready for another hour an half as the pharmacist has just gone on his break. I said the doctor did send it over as urgent early this morning as we are leaving to go away now. I said if you can’t give it me, please send the prescription to Wales and I will collect from a chemist there. To be shouted at NO ITS HERE, IT NEEDS CHECKING. So abrupt and just no need. In front of other customers and my 3 year old. The pharmacist came out of his office and asked if there was a problem. He asked what the name was and passed me the prescription with no issues. The attitude of the female staff member is appalling. She continued to serve another customer, to then tell that customer that the pharmacist has had to leave his dinner break to serve me and that he might now get indigestion! How very rude.

I've had nothing but excellent customer service from all the staff at this pharmacy. Nothing is too much trouble. I am grateful for the person centred care & attention I receive here. Very grateful for your help, advice and support.
(The pharmacy where I was before were awful so I do appreciate really great service as I have experienced the really bad)

This was a great local pharmacy, during the pandemic they were all great until one day we were queueing, only 3 in the shop, a little old lady came to queue so i let her Infront of me, yes this meant it was 4 in the shop, but she was next to an open door. The tall blonde pharmacist came stomping out and shouted at the top of her voice in the lady's direction "IT SAYS ONLY 3 IN THE SHOP, GO WAIT OUTSIDE."
i was amazed and felt awful for the old lady. anyway, from that day the place went downhill.
i have many serious ailments (since covid) and i need my medications as soon as possible. but I'd call the doctors, to be told it was sent days before to Wilsons, then I'd call Wilsons to be told its not there. I had to call head office to complain about this.
For a short while it did improve, but now again, they have had my inhalers i desperately need. I am sick of calling 1st before i go in.
Yes, there is a very snotty lady that works there, i have had attitude off her a few times.
when your sign reads 'verbal abuse will not be tolerated; maybe i should wear it when i come in too hey?!!!!
