This has to be the most helpful post office I’ve ever been in. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff and they are always willing to go that extra mile for people that can’t use technology, or are struggling with a form to fill out.
I use this post office a few times a week along with others while I’m working away and here they are a cut above the rest.

Easily the best Post Office in East Lancs -
Nick is a shining example of how to be with customers; welcoming,
helpful, clear & concise - never makes you feel ‘stupid’ for being unsure or asking a question.

The shop itself is always kept very clean, neat & tidy and rarely has times where you have to queue more than a minute or so.

Went in to renew my driving licence. Staff went through the post office version online which was wonderfully quick and efficient.

One of the nicer post office branches in the area. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff for example they don't turn their noses up when you drop off a large parcel! Plenty of parking in the area. This is how all post offices should be run.

Nick and the team offer a fantastic service. We’re lucky to have such a great Post Office.

This is the only post office I will use now. Nick the man who works there is one of the nicest and most polite , professional and informative people I have ever come across in customer service. A breath of fresh air in todays crazy world. If you go in and he serves you , you will know what I mean
