Woodville Post Office

Sadly my experience here echoes so many others; the lady is bright, friendly and efficient - an absolute pleasure to deal with amongst Post Office workers. The gent here really does hate you, he looks at and treats you with condescension if not outright contempt. Unfortunately since the Post Office themselves make it virtually impossible to complain I suggest you just go elsewhere - the new counter at Midway Stores is a fantastic alternative.

I hate having to use this post office, the gentleman working there is surly and acts as if any request is too much.
Do yourself a favour and use another post office.

The Post Master here needs customer service training and a personality transplant. He is rude and obnoxious. It’s a wonder this post office stays open. Do yourself favour and use Swadlincote post office. Won’t be back again

They really need to find a new post master, current one here is a rude, arrogant, obnoxious old man with 0 customer service skills and no respect for anybody

I come here every single day from monday to Saturday to post my parcels since 2 years. Love the staff , they stay always kind and helpful despite they are SO extremely busy ! I'm very thankful for them!

Great service, nicely laid out shop. Always been served in a friendly efficient manner whether it's the male or female staff. I cannot fault.
