Riverside Surgery

Seen at short notice and referred to Good Hope for Surgical Assessment same day. In fact from first telephone call to coming out of operating theatre was just touching 12 hours. Excellent service from Riverside reception, Practice Nurse and Doctor in referring me and arranging admission to hosoutal so quickly

Mum is at this surgery and is always treated with respect. Cancer was caught early thanks to doctor’s referral.

Phones constantly getting cut off while waiting, waiting all day for phone call from doctor that never comes, always runs late, only positive is Tina is always polite and helpfull when I get through on the phones

Closed on days the website says it should be open.. phone constantly rings then gets cut off during normal working hours.. struggle to get appointments when I probably only need it once a year! Absolute joke.. this place needs a shake up

The receptionist Tina is an absolute asset to the surgery. She is lovely and listens to the issue and relays it quickly to the GP.
The GP had a fast turnaround on my blood test results and is sending me for an echocardiogram quickly.

Prescription wrong on numerous occasions. No call back from the doctor when promised. Was asked to come to the practice to sort the third wrong prescription. Alas, it's still not be rectified and now i'm 10 days gone without vital medication.
