I cannot thank the nurses enough for all the care they have given me day in day out since my operation. My life has been turned upside down and these ladies make me smile, wipe my tears when every thing becomes too much and have nursed my wounds and my heart daily. You are extremely fortunate to have these four amazing ladies and i wish the thank you I say daily would be enough. It just never seems it. I feel as a practice as you are so big now maybe you need more nurses to support the wonderful nurses you have. Please if you can award them a gift for their amazing service i would be extremely grateful

Seriously I am surprised of the 5 star reviews, to get an appointment is extremely difficult, you ca die 4 times till you get an appointment, reception is quite good, some surgeons are very good some with poor knowledge, the only problem is no online booking and difficulty getting an appointment. I have never seen anything like that.

-less registered people
-I never had my appointment at the time I always was supposed to wait longer than 49 minutes, punctuality is a must most people work so is hard ringing for hours in the morning plus waiting same day at the gp surgery

If I could give 0 I would. Call at 08:00 to listen to the automated message. Press 1 for an appointment to hear “we are receiving an extreme amount of calls at the minute, please call back later” and then clears the line. Absolutely ridiculous. Getting an appointment here is like keeping a Tory MP in government. A waste of time!

An absolute disgrace, you'd get seen quicker in A&E at the weekend then in here.

They don't have any qualms about leaving children and adults waiting over an hour past their appointment slot without ever letting them know what is going on.

Used to be the best surgery in Corby, fast making Lakeside look like private healthcare

I have with this practice for over 30 yrs and never had a problem with any of the staff past or present..always polite and respectful..appointments are a little hard to get but every others GPS are the same..receptionist, nursing staff and Drs work hard to get patients seen..they are only human and can't control about the waiting time or the number of patients wanting to be seen..we should be grateful we have the hard working NHS

Just called 25 times on 2 different phones starting at 8am on the dot for an appointment for my 3 week old baby and get hung up on. This place is a joke and needs investigating I’m now looking to leave this practise as you cannot even get appointments

Reduced my repeat prescription time from 4 weekly to 2 weekly and I put a prescription request in last Monday and it's now the following Thursday and it's still not been signed off, so I've got no meds left and now I've got to wait for someone to sign it. And now wondering who I need to speak to to put a claim in for loss of earning because without the meds I can't work

Feeling very ill and low because l lost my sister 😪 l went to see a nurse last night .she was absolutely fantastic, she talked to me in a way that l wish others did ,showing me concerns over my health. she talked to me as l mattered .l truly felt better when l left the surgery last night thankyou from the bottom of my heart that there is people out there that just listen
