Most of the receptionists are rude and unhelpful, there is only one receptionist there that is actually worth her weight in gold and willing to get you an outcome to your query or concern, phoned up this morning and the woman who answered has been there a while i always seem to get her if i phone in the morning, she is constantly moody and sounds like she doesn't want to be here. i asked for an appointment and the response i got was that doesn't sound urgent ill put you on waiting list. i have been a patient since doctor Kennedy and Campbell were there since these two doctors left it has gone seriously downhill. they dont want to see you face to face always we will telephone you back. prescribing you medication over the phone without seeing you or even asking relevant questions. i think its time you read your reviews this isnt the first bad review and certainly wont be the last. as i said none of the receptionists apart from 1 show any compassion and even you you do eventually get an appointment you are made to feel like a piece of dirt on there shoe, they roll there eyes they huff and puff regarding anything you have to say to them. the one receptionist in particular probably the longest serving could do with some serious customer service training.

I have been registered with Warwick Gates for around 18months or so and have been provided exemplary care at every occasion. I have had multiple appointments at the surgery during this time following the loss of my baby and have been so touched by the dedication and compassion of the staff, specifically Dr Redfern, who is nothing short of amazing. I've also been seen by and spoken to various other members of the team - Toni one of the Advanced Nurse Practitioners and other doctors, all of whom have been very experienced, thorough and accommodating. In terms of the front of house team, once again every medical receptionist I've encountered has been kind, sensitive and efficient. I haven't ever experienced a problem getting an appointment, despite my interactions with the practice being during the height of the pandemic. All in all I have found this to be a practice with humanity at the centre of their work, staff are highly trained and experienced clinicians and I am thoroughly grateful for every interaction I've had here. It's not an easy time to work in healthcare under Tory austerity and poor health secretary managment - please know your brilliant work is seen and appreciated. Thank you.

It'sbigger than most GP practices but the service is really poor.
Probably the worst in warwick, Leamington area.
When I was registering a man came for his appointment they said there is nothing on the computer, he was claiming he booked it over the counter after they didn't let him see the doctor he asked to cancel the next appointment because there would be no use missing this appointment for blood test and to see the doctor for the results for next week surprisingly there was no other booking too.
I should have known then and shouldn't register but I did and it was a big mistake.

I moved here from Croft Medical Centre in Sydenham... (I wouldn't take my dog there let alone go myself)

Warwick Gates is 100 times better, nicer receptionists who speak to you with respect and empathy!

So glad I made the transfer over here! So far... I have had all positive experiences, thank you!

Just registered with this practice. My baby should have her first round of immunisations at 8 weeks but they have given me an appointment in a month time when she will be 10weeks old and said is all fine they don't have anything sooner. Really disappointing. Also having my post partum check then rather than at 6-8weeks.
