Worst practice ever. And gotten worse over the years.

In compassionate uncompromising.
No one ever answers the phone let alone offer appointments.
Spoke to a DR DYAR today regarding my son he was absolutely rude and arrogant, didn’t even want to listen and was speaking over me.. No speaking skills for a DOCTOR and no patient care just pure RUDE 😡

No doctor like DR Mansingh and DR DEY who actually cared for their patients.

This GP surgery gets a lot of bad press..however I can only speak for Dr R Kapur and partners surgery. As a long standing patient they look after me well. Even though I am a demanding patient, the staff always remain polite and professional at all times.
Yesterday I had a health scare ..the GP on duty referred me to hospital.i had all the medical tests and screening and returned home safe and sound. Thank you.

Very rude staff, incredibly incompassionate-sounding doctors as well, almost felt pushed towards worse mental health due to the doctor sounding irritated on the phone, constantly speaking over me and asking very clinical questions with little compassion as if he was speeding through a checklist of advice. Barring the (hopefully far more empathetic) services he'd recommended, the call practically made my state of mind worse. The woman taking calls on the right-most desk was very rude as well; calling to arrange for appointments at 3PM simply didn't work numerous times and she had the gaul to be sarcastic about how she's there always picking up the phone? You're being paid to be professional, act like it. A massive shame to see a GP be full of staff with a terrible attitude.

Not able to book an appointment with my GP. They tell us to book an appointment through the phone but when we ring them for an appointment their phone is never working. When I went personally to take an appointment she had repeated the same dialogues " call this number for appointment", then I had rang her 3 times in front of her but their phone was not ringing. I showed her that their phone was not working when I rang them then she had unmuted her phone in front of me and told me to ring back. After that their phone was working. One day I got an appointment but my GP was not available so I have booked with the different doctor number 18, was not good at all, very arrogant and no manners.

Can’t book appointment easily, they don’t answer the phone, rude people that don’t even listen to you and talk over you. Worst place ever honestly. Wouldn’t even give 1 star.

They tell us to call at 8am for an appointment. I’ve been ringing non stop for 50 minutes and still haven’t got through. At least keep a call waiting line so people know they’re in the queue. Worst service I’ve experienced

had a bad experience with doctor Mansingh . I needed help from him and he told me this is the last time I’m helping you. A doctor shouldn’t respond like this . I am very dissapointed about how he was talking to me. Am in a bad condition and these kind of doctors are the reason why people have serious health problems.
