Impossible to contact the Health Centre to leave a message for my GP. Asked not to ring by answer phone message, but service to email GP almost always unavailable. I have been trying to be a good patient by not ringing the practice, cannot get an appointment for a minimum of 4 weeks. I do not need an appointment, just my meds increasing and the ones they stopped without discussion, reinstating. Very poor service post pandemic with no obvious reason. Everyone else is back to normal working practices, why not GP surgeries.

My young son had skin issue for a long time and his GP at the Deddington Health Centre has been sitting on it for well over a year now. DHC demonstrated no adequate care or professionalism as doctors, or as a caring human beings. Not fit for 2022!
We are utterly dissapointed. by his GP's actions.
His GP is still refusing to give him a required referral to the dermatologist.
We've contacted a private dermatologist in Oxford who has accessed his NHS records which appear to be blank. So, NHS doctors are that bad that they can't be bothered to keep patients records up to date. They are playing with people's health. Disgusting and unacceptable.

Used to be fantastic but they have taken on too many patients from outside of Deddington and it is now impossible to get an appointment, even for a child. 4 weeks to get a phone appointment, then another 4 to see a GP face to face - shocking. Don’t even bother trying to get an emergency on the day appointment, over an hour in a phone queue only to be told there are none. Had to resort to going to A&E.

Cancelled a prescription for an inhaler, which I've held my entire life without consulting me. Lost my inhaler and was forced to endure 2 days of receptionist beurocracy with no progress made, all the while without life preserving medication. Its a matter of time before this beurocracy leads to a fatality.

It was alright when we first started to go there back in 2019 but now it is impossible to get appointments. My family will move to a different GP as a result of it to get some sort of a service.

I have been registered with this practice for 40 years. I have absolute confidence in them. The team of doctors, nurses, pharmacists and admin staff are second to none. I have always been treated with kindness and understanding. The staff and doctors are always helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are looked after. The pastoraI ca I received when my husband died some years ago was amazing
Thank you.
