I found the reception staff very friendly and welcoming and they take the time to get to know you personally. The GP and nurses that I use have gone above and beyond to help me I must say I would be lost without them

Doctors are amazing when you finally get to see one been call for days and very important I see 1 but nothing. Jill is always friendly smiling and listens where the other reception thinks she's a doctors is very rude and makes u feel worse than u come in . She tuts and doesn't use any manours sorry manour cost nothing. Doctors are never on time ( I appreciate they are busy )spoke to the manager nothing that can be helped he says. Don't mind waiting my self but when it's my children think it's pretty poor. I'm looking at another doctors gutted at dictors are amaxing here tgey really are and support me very well .however receptionists ( only 2 ) thinks she runs the place and can upset me the way she treats me and says my appointments are not important if i didn't need 2 see a doctor I would walk out but really need 2 see a doctor been trying 2get an appoinment since Friday last week . Please if your thinking of getting you and your family in this doctors don't. Doctors are great but certain staff ask me personal questions can be nasty and really upsets me with her rudeness and ask questions she's not meant to only the doctor .Drs are the best and when u finally get to see one I feel much happier but really would apprecaite staff at the deck not being so persnol it's a doctor that's trained with my illness and I'm a very private person. The staff don't understand what I'm going through and only feel comfatable with my doctor . The manager had ask me to remove my feedback but just want to let patients understand it's the doctors job to listen and help you . Dome lovely staff on the desk that really do help thank you but do not want all this when really need to see a doctor . Doctor says one thing desk lady says another then manager says no just confusing very all I want is to see a doctor .

Superb team here. The receptionists are all polite and professional, performing a basic triage so they can point you to the right medical practitioner. Having doctors, practice nurses, physiotherapy, visiting clinicians for different services etc... under one roof is really helpful for a young family. The phone line is busy in the morning, but if it's urgent, turning up at the door gets an appointment very quickly!

My mother had a fall with symptoms of a brain haemorrhage I emailed with the correct diagnosis to Dr Tan to request imaging. She is so smart she didn't need imaging to rule out brain haemorrhage and my mother nearly died if it wasn't for Bedford hospital. If you have a problem get a second opinion , drive to another county but get help or go to AE. Cocky attitude costs lives. Now people over 80 get covid vaccinations here but not from Boultham.

Have been with this practice for many years and always found the staff and doctors caring and professional .
Especially during the covid crisis all involved have shown to be well trained and confident in the new protective procedures.which has made me feel both protected and safe.

The manager is inept. The doctors are always off and never see the same one twice and that's even if you're lucky enough to get an appointment. 1 star is too generous

The doctors are great when you can eventually get through to them, but it can take an hour just to get through in the morning. One of the receptionists is lovely and really helpful, the other one I always grumpy, gatekeeps your illnesses and has hung up on me on one occasion. Try to go to a different practice if you can

Telephone staff are very rude on the phone and the prerecorded message is far to long. Appointments are very difficult to get here unless you go week in week out.
