Friendly staff and great prices. Huge exposure of shoes.

When i go in there and after Having to wait forever for a to be pair trainers to be brought to me and then be told after 15/mins we not got any in that size is annoying. Real salesperson would bring an alternative. Footballs bought went flat 24 hours later. Staff knowledge ranges from complete lack of anything up to good and able to assist beyond what's expected. Probably best to cull the bad staff as it gives a terrible image if the store. It is my last resort store. Those sales mean nothing too. Just constantly reduced items that can be bought much less painfully on any online store

A frustrating mess of a store layout. Almost impossible to find anything because it's not segregated in any logical manner, everything is just completely random.
It's not separated by gender, brand, sport, clothing item it's all just such a mess.
Staff were good and prices were fine but good luck trying to find anything.

Bit understaffed.
Avoid at busy times unless you want the wait.
One person today on shoe duty getting sizes for people.

Poor service, poor options for checking fit of rugby boots. It's a 20 min drive to the nearest store and ....
- No option to check stock on the website
- Local store doesn't answer the phone, so can't check stock
- Sports Direct make it difficult to returns online purchases

At least give us one option!

Whenever I come in I always see this PRETTY guy with tattoos, deep voice… just a pleasure to talk to! Single?

Went in there looking for the polo shirts all hanging up high , so you can't look to see what they have got , whoever came up with that idear wants sacking, will email the head office about this ,,

Bad customer service......returning 2 pairs of fault Adidas legging as they see through was so much hassle.

After first lock down was over I went into store to return the faulty good but as I had no receipt I couldn't return them. So I emailed sports direct who in fairness were very good and told me if I showed a bank balance to a manager they would be able to refund me. We then went into lockdown again so having time to sort through draws I came across my receipt!

So back into the store I go with the faulty leggings and receipt but was told but staff and management that I couldn't have a refund due to both times not being tagged. I explained that I was told if I had a receipt there wouldn't be an issue to returning them and management turn round and said that's words and theres no proof of that being said....why would I make this up! So luckily I was able to show the email customer support sent me saying that management would refund me with a bank statement and finally they gave me my money back no questioned asked!
Will not purchase anything from this store again.
