Runners Need King's Cross

Great running shop in a convenient location where you can try on loads of different trainers and test them on a running machine. They can do some basic gait analysis in store to ensure you get the right pronation correction. You do pay a premium here but you also get great shoes and experience/knowledge in picking them.

Very useful to be told what sort of trainers suit my foot the best. The gait analysis was really helpful. The only problem is that the store is low on stock in terms of the right trainer size, although they do check which other branch might have the desired trainers in stock.

Very helpful and polite staff. I buy my running shoes there and they always seems to be knowledgeable about their merchandise. My only criticism would be, my desire to see a bigger selection.

Good selection of gear for runners and bikers. Even with January sales though, prices were still a bit steep (vs buying online or at an outlet, for the same styles/models).

Hugely dissatisfied. On the basis of previous negative feedback I called ahead to check range of stock available against my particular requirements. I was told there were a range of potential items. Unfortunately this wasn't the case when I arrived. Lack of stock and helpful staff.
NOT WHAT THIS RUNNER NEEDS!

Went in here a couple of days ago. I've been running for a year and finally thought I might as well buy some decent shoes. The guy was super friendly and helpful and asked a lot of questions about my running and even gave me some tips on what to do differently (because I hate running with a burning passion). Today I went for my first run in my new shoes and it was the best run I've ever done, so thank you Runners Need Guy!

Customer help was second to none! The free running gait analysis was very useful to make an informed decision on what kind of shoe is best for each foot so that you leave with the perfect combination of aesthetics and comfort. Big shout out to Paul who was super patient and helpful!!

Superb bunch - attentive, helpful, patient. Let me order two shoes from other stores and were patient when I could not collect quickly. Most pleased with my experience.
