Service is near to none. Run by a group of teenagers with no customer service training or expertise. Took me over 15 mins to be acknowledged even though I came in knowing what I need. The store wasnt even busy but the staff was too lazy to approach the I coming traffic. Such a shame as variety of trainers in store is good but I wouldnt go back again due to lack of customer service.

Seems interns are running this store. They do not know how to talk to customers. you need to explain them multiple times. Also, they do not update order correctly. Collected and returned order same day and its been more than week no updates in that. Very poor customer service and store.

Terrible customer service. No care for customers or help given. Kids basically just standing around doing nothing. The JD sports app shows the store closes at 7pm each weeknight. The staff said it is 6, told them I had come the evening before and was closed and the manager said check the hours on google. Which do also say 6pm, I asked the manager to get it changed in the app to not waste people’s time and she couldn’t care less, said she didn’t know who manages the app. Honestly, she must report to someone? Tell them about it! Escalate it if you don’t know! Educate yourself. It’s really obvious all the staff don’t want to work there.

Purchased Jordans from here for my son, unfortunately they stitching was coming undone after a week. Went to the store and spoke to Jada who was fantastic, dealt with the shoes and sodted an exchange.

The reviews about the rude staff seems very appropriate. Even though, I didn't have the first hand experience, saw them treating some customers very badly just because of their appearance or accent. As long as someone is not stealing and paying for their purchases, the store staff should shut every other non-sense and treat them well. This could seriously hamper such a big retailers business. JD should get rid of staff who have no clue on customer experience and that alone could add a 2X to their business at this store.
