Having found a car on eBay from TW Cars, I telephoned to ask a couple of questions (did the rear seats fold down, what was the condition of the engine) and then having spoken to Tom went to see the car today.
In advance I had verified that TW Cars would be willing to accept my current car in part exchange as that made it a lot easier to buy the lovely Jaguar XF that I was interested in. Tom said "Yes, bring it over" and we agreed a time (viewings are strictly by appointment only).
Tom gave me plenty of time to check the car over and for a test drive which included taking in a junction of the M25 to let the car stretch it's legs. The car itself was in superb mechanical condition although it had some cosmetic paintwork flaws which were fully described and photographed in the advert.
Payment was simple - Bank Transfer is easy with a smartphone and the paperwork was completed in minutes.
The car also came with a six month warranty from Handler Protect which looks pretty comprehensive (I've seen some with a ton of restrictions which this warranty actually covers).
Overall, if TW Cars have a vehicle which catches your interest I would highly recommend arranging an appointment to view and make sure you are ready to buy as the cars are exactly as described. If you like what you seen in the advert then you'll be wanting to make the purchase on the spot.

I found my beautiful Volvo S80 2.5T on eBay. I contacted Tom and arranged to view the car. Brought a Vauxhall Corsa from TW cars. Highly recommended. Tom the owner was so on point Explaining everything with the car in a professional manner and gave me a really fair price with 3 Months return if anything goes wrong. The car is working just fine 3months later and I couldn’t be happy with my purchase from Tom, he answered all my questions, explained any faults 100% up front honest, Let me take my time with the test drive. All the correct paperwork. Buying a used car can be a stressful experience. But dealing with Tom was a delight. 5stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have just purchased a Volkswagen from this lovely gentleman Tom and the experience was flawless!! I can highly recommend!!! We travelled quite a distance and Tom kindly agreed to meet us mid-way within a day of our enquiry. He was waiting for us when we arrived with an immaculate vehicle, beautifully valeted, all the paperwork tidily presented and everything ready for inspection. Tom was extremely patient whilst we fully inspected the car, he answered all of our questions really thoroughly and organised an excellent warranty for us within minutes. Would highly recommend buying any second hand cars from Tom. Such a kind and honest individual. He really cares about you and if you have any doubts or worries he’s quick to reassure if anything goes wrong that you can bring the car back! He kindly offered to take the car back fix a minor issue and we decided to buy it straight back off him. Really would recommend him if you’re looking for a car. Highly responsive, caring and knows his cars.
