Worst bank ever, never answers the phone including their HR.

VERY POORLY MANAGED!! called a thousand times and no one answered. It's covid so I'm pretty sure I need to gather information in regards of setting up an appointment and stuff. Tried to look for them in twitter or even facebook, tbh I know my way through the internet, but jezuz christ, NOTHING. so I was like ok.. imma just go to the place and see how it goes from there.
and of course, not even surprised.
"appointment only" written on a sad piece of paper and taped on the glass door. ok, lol :)
Called the number there, and ofc, it went straight to voicemail. But I needed more info! and the internet is no help. So I decided to wait there for a while, knocked on the door, rang the bell, sambil ngomogng "SAMLEEKUMMMM" hoping that someone would think that I'm crazy enough that they would eventually spare time and talk to me.
and someone did!
a very nice mba2 finally came out and explained the situation. Though I couldn't do anything atm, because the cashier weren't even there, but she told me that I needed to email them.. I was lyk ok mbak, but thank you, you're v nice and u're indonesian and I was just glad seeing another indo atm.
But tbh BNI could've update this info on some social media platformmmmm, I had to drag myself all the way to king's street just to get an information that could've been a tweet :)

Emailed many times, no respond. Very poor service, this office just put Indonesia to shame.

Extemely poor service. Unhelpful. Never response for the phone call.
What is the point of having a call centre?.
If you are thingking to apply to this bank. Please re-think again your decision.

Called the phone number, and no one pick up. Sent direct message, and no one reply. Visited the office, and no one in the office. What a joke !
I got problem with my card and mobile banking and this bank was just like not exist at all

Is anybody even there? Because like why is nobody answer the phone? I have been calling thousands time for 2days and still nobody is answering.
