Steve the mechanic was amazing today, dropped what he was doing after I explained I needed the bike back for a holiday, sorted the bike there and then (half hour very difficult fix). Awesome service! Definitely recommend

Great service at this shop. These guys sorted my bike out for me , it was very poorly. ( due to falling off the bike of my rack whilst driving). Great job thanks guys!

OK where do I start.

I was looking at for new bike and was doing the rounds. went in to slot of shops etc. but these stood out. it helped 150 pluss 5 star reviews. and looked like I would be buying from fellow bikers! not a big corporate company.

I was going to get a different bike. and new they didn't stock the brand I originally wanted.

a quick message to see a simular spec bike and they recommend one. off I went. and ended up spending 1k more!

and I am glad I did! even the wife bought a bike.

The customer services is impeccable and alot of companies need to learn from these people. you don't get better.

put it this way I won't go anywhere else. for bikes accessories or servicing.

I would still come back here even if I moved away!

Visited in 2020 to have a browse and with no E-bike knowledge I left with a clear idea of what I wanted. The team are not pushy and offer unbiased advise. Returned in late 2020 and purchased. Have used for service, parts, peripherals, clothing etc. Love the service and quality of what they offer. Real gem for Tamworth to have.

Excellent service. I visited 2 Wheels Only for some gravel tyres/tubeless conversion. I chose Vittoria 38c,the assistant asked if I had sufficient frame clearance as I was currently running 35c and I said yes. The conversion was done in 30 minutes whilst I waited. When I came to fit the wheels I realised I had been a complete numpty and not checked the clearance well enough and the wheels wouldn't fit. The guys were brilliant, they whipped the tyres off straight away, ordered some 35c which were fitted and they only charged me for one set of tyres and one labour charge despite the error being mine. I think that is first rate service. Thanks guys.

I have only started using these guys over the last 2 years or so but have had excellent, friendly service every time. Last time i went i was late getting there to pick-up stuff for the weekend but they stayed open for me. Life saver. Brilliant. 5 stars.

Hi guys, I don’t normally do reviews I could definitely recommend 2 wheels only . Great service and the lads are very knowledgeable and friendly I’m looking forward to riding my new mountain bike . Thanks to Pete for all your help.

Came in today, bike came in for its inspection making sure I had built the bike correctly also found my brake needed bleeding.
Process was done all under an hour, will be returning for all my needs!
