Great experience here. Hired bikes from 3 times so far and been super efficient each time. Was late returning once and they didn't bat an eyelid and was very considerate of the guy who took a fall.

A truly fantastic experience. Staff we friendly and happy to explain the best route, nearby cafés and facilities. Both routes were challenging but manageable for a novice like me. Much cheaper with greater availability than it's competitor Cannock Chase cycle center!

Just bought a super mtb from here. Service was wonderful, even gave us some fee tee shirts after our test ride as we got soaked through.
Definitely recommend these guys. they even washed our bike for free after as well.

I was part of a party of 10 mtbers up from south Wales to ride Cannock Chase for the weekend. At the end of day one the hub bearings collapsed on my bike. Rung Chris and the guys at 9am the next day and by 10am I was kitted out with an ebike for a day's hire at a brilliant price. Fantastic service!!!

Brought a. Hybrid bike from the Lichfield branch on Monday this week . Dave gave me some really good advice on the bike prior to buying it he then set it up for me ready to take away . Had an issue with the dropper post on my Specialized, rang up looking for some advice. Matt was really helpful and recommended an alternative to what I originally enquired on. Turned out to be cheaper and more reliable so really chuffed with the friendly and competitive service. I would highly recommend.
