Northern Health Centre

I have been a patient in this Practice until last week and since Covid19 has been downhill. Reception staff are the most despicable, unprofessional and rude staff members. Every time I called this place, they cut me off, they don't let me talk. They are not taking face to face appointments.
In June this year, I went there because I wrote an e-consultation that I have had 2 episodes of vasovagal reaction, first one I ended up in A&E and I received a phone call to come to see a nurse. After 2 years of pandemic, I came to a face to face appointment, what a joke. Maybe, whoever needs a face to face, can attend after symptoms of a stroke or a heart attack to be seen by a doctor. Otherwise, only consultations over the phone.

I've been here for 12years now, the doctors are fine, BUT the receptionists are the most self entitled, rude, condescending, unhelpful people I've EVER met, more than happy to slam the phone in your face when they've run out of ideas.

I’ve been here for 9 years, the doctors are fine but the receptionists? Can’t say the same, so rude, didn’t know how to speak to the patients.( makes me wonder how they got hired). I called today and the person on the phone said they would send me a link to a website. I didn’t get the link and had to find it, and the website is just so, so infuriating. It does not work properly, and when you call them try to book an appointment they WILL always tell you to go to that website. Don’t recommend at all.

I joined a few years ago and it seemed much better than other previous GPS where I was registered before. But in the last year it is just impossible to get anyone to see or even call back. It is bad enough feeling unwell, but feeling completely hopeless and with no one to take care of your health makes it even worse!

Today, I took my 3 year old son who was feverish at 3pm, the receptionist said there is a time slot available at 3.20 but didn't inform the nurse. People came after us without appointment were seen and we were waiting there until the fever went 40 Celsius. Then when the nurse saw my son after more than an hour wait, she blamed me why I didn't give anything for the fever and said we don't have medication. I wonder how this nurse is supposed to help sick people if she is not able to give calpol to a 3 year old kid??!!!

Do not bring your children here for the SCT assessment. Your child will be automatically labelled autistic for them to make money with schools. We call this centre cemetery, cartel. their head quarters are family information of the borough. well organise with some schools to give wrong diagnosis to naive children and families. They chased my son even abroad to protect they sophisticated mafia ring with schools.

SCT for children said 95% of children will be diagnosed with autism. My child hasn't even got assessed yet and already labelling. A money making profit off of vunerable naive parents and children go private!
