Very helpful staff. Nice practice but my only concern is the parking spaces, I can't seem to get one! It seems to be for the employees and shoppers! Also only 4 disabled spaces, not very good for the people in need. I'm lost for words at times.

Presently, I’m awaiting a call from the GP, that was booked at 8.00am this morning. He did ring at 12.30, but didn’t give me time to get to the phone, I suffer with mobility issues. It’s now 4.45, I have rang the surgery twice and stayed glued to my phone, even taking it to the bathroom!
What kind of world are we living in!!!! If this was another company, I would ask for a refund because of bad service, after all, I’ve paid into the NHS all my life. The doctor in question at this surgery is in the wrong profession, he certainly doesn’t care about his patients, I understand that they are stretched, but with all due respect, the profession of a doctor is supposed to be consideration, concern and care of their patients no matter what.
This surgery falls very short.

Good attitude staffs, doctors and nurses are lovely very good to us. Glad to have registered there because everything to go one place.... that's included podiatry, dentist and others more. Easy access opposite bus station.

I've been at this surgery for about 16 years now and I have never had any issues with them.the receptionists are always very friendly and helpful and I cannot fault the doctors and nurses.they are under so much pressure but always smile and help.i think some people need to remember that when they are complaining.im sure some people have had problems but in my experience they are a great surgery and the staff cannot be faulted

I’ve recently moved to this surgery from a surgery I belonged to for a long while, so I was hesitant. However, I’m so impressed with the level of service so far. I spoke to Maureen and she was friendly, efficient and willing to explain anything I asked about. Really positive first impression.

Honestly the most incompetent Medical Practice I have ever had to put up with. The reception are extremely rude and lazy, I have had friends and family try to book appointments with these only to have the phone put down on them or be told to wait months for a phonecall back from a doctor (not an appointment). Please save yourself the time and hassle and register with a different practice otherwise your health and well-being will suffer.

This used to be an excellent practice, great staff and facilities. However since the beginning of the Covid pandemic and still to this day, the practice has just gone from good to utterly shambolic. I am not one to criticise or complain, however i fell that my recent experience with this practice needs to known. In my case when seeking an appointment for what I suspected to be a condition that required medical intervention was fobbed off with a telephone consultation and that too with a medical student!. Asked to submit a urine sample which I did the following day. Received a text message ( no follow up call) to say negative results. Contacted surgery asking for GP to contact me discuss the negative results as I still have symptoms which h are getting worse. GP never called and even after chasing was assured GP would call, never happened. As a result of this I found my self in A&E within 48 hours in excruciating pain. Quiet simply the GP practice had either misdiagnosed my condition or couldn't care less. To make matters worse A&E confirmed an issue with my waterworks and arranged medication and outpatients appointment with a view for surgical intervention as quickly as possible. To add insult to injury I was contacted by the surgical pre-op team who informed me that they have been in touch with my GP to arrange a course of Antibiotics as an infection has been identified during my pre-op assessment. Guess what no contact from GP and no prescription. When I contacted the GP every excuse was made but no willingness to resolve again told the matter was with the GP. Utterly shambollic behaviour, if I acted in that manner in my work I would be dismissed instantly. If you value your medical well being I would tread with caution when dealing with this practice. I have since learned that other patients have suffered a similar encounter. I will be launching a formal complaint as soon as I am well enough and discharged.
