Third time I’ve requested a prescription and got to the pharmacy 4 working days later for it not to be there again. It’s Friday afternoon (prescription was requested last Monday) so no ones answering the phone or there on the weekend and I only have enough tablets to last until Sunday and I’ll be working on Monday. I’m fed up, it shouldn’t be this hard to get a prescription. I need to change surgeries far too many mistakes happening. One of my old prescription was for completely the wrong item which I had to then pay twice for and donate the incorrect item to a hospital.

I have never ever been treated so badly in all my life and the worse part of it, is that these are doctors who are supposed to help you. They are refusing my medication based on incorrect information and all the doctors following on from the initial call are not actually talking to me, they are just listening to their colleagues and being extremely biased. No one has had the courtesy to ring me after I have sent numerous documents with evidence through clearly showing there has been a misunderstanding and still I am being refused medication that is going to have a severe impact on my quality of life.

NB (12/07/2022):-

Thank you for your response although this does not change the fact you are refusing to give me the medication I have used since 2005 based on incorrect and inaccurate information that you have put on my medical record. I have never once attended your practice for a bad headache with the concern it is a migraine, nor have you ever or any other medical practice diagnosed me with migraines. The fact this was flagged up in April and the Dr was concerned that I should no longer be on the medication, it still took her 3 months to contact me about it. Make it make sense.

You only responded to me once I had contacted various admin/management staff at your practice continuously for a good week.

This has now triggered severe anxiety for me.

I really miss this GP. I had it so good with these guys, they are stellar.

They were very supportive and kind when I got my first contraceptive implant and made me feel at ease with something I'd been so anxious about. Absolute troopers!

Our daughter aged 3 had an ear infection and one of the doctors prescribed her some amoxicillin and it didn't made her any better in fact she developed an infection in her other ear aswell and we came back and had an appointment with doctor Ali and he prescribed a spray antibiotic and with this our little one got well pretty fast. I'm not saying anything about the other doctors because they are all great but doctor Ali was outstanding. He had the patience to explain us how the ear works and the fact that the blood stream is not too good inside the ear to bring the antibiotic that you ingest and therefore a spray would do better.
Young doctor with a bright future.
Best wishes!

Truly a terrible practice. Rang up for an urgent appointment in the morning at 830am like lots of practices and was told the doctors aren't seeing anyone face to face. I could get a telephone call before the end of the week. An embarrassment to general practice, should have NHS money withdrawn.

I will be writing to CQC and the CCG and you all should do too.

EDIT: Thanks for replying - however I was one of the first people to get through at 0830am in the morning - and there was zero capacity - so there is no "safe capacity" if there is zero availability. Either you have GPs working at the practice or you don't and it seems to be the latter!

The staff on the counter are incredibly rude and not helpful at all they seem to think they’re are above everyone else and never want to actually help you or seem to want to do there job. it’s near enough impossible to get an appointment I generally don’t understand there system it’s an absolute joke. Really need to sort themselves out I am so tired of having to deal with them.

Samantha who works as a secretary is possibly the rudest person I could have come across.

I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star review but I have to so it would allow me to post.

Receptionists really good, friendly & help where possible which makes a difference as they are first contact. All the nurses & Drs we have been seen by have been very good at job, have good friendly manner.
