I see a lot of negative comments on this surgery but they really aren't deserved as the GPs are always there and friendly people, the receptionists are good people and everyone is always there if I have any questions.

Don't bother trying to get care, it's been hard work for some years. Unfriendly online forms which take a long time to get processed. They are probably causing people to get worse or even die...but doubt they care otherwise they would improve.

This place is horrible. I'm with them for over 5 years I have psiorasis that need to be treated. In 5 years I managed to book maximum 4 appointments 2 related to psiorasis. I had to remind them to send my prescription to the pharmacy, been waiting for over 2 moths until I received. Little tube for my psiorasis that last me only 2 weeks. This week I'm off sick so I booked appointment for Friday for my tendon pain. Went there and guess what. Been cancelled without any notice. Avoid this place.

I called in 17/01/2022 this GP to inquire about registering a new patient and an operator was rude to me insisting that I could not register with that GP and on my app according to the Postcode the registration could be done between codes postcards NR1 to NR7 instead of politely informing that the registration needed to be as close to my house as possible, but she slammed the phone down in my face.

Not able to get an appointment for nearly a year for my diabetic follow up. Responses are not clear with regards to online booking. They give you a date but it will either be an email or phone appointment. Surprise!

I have been in pain with my knee and is suffering for months. My work is now affected by my current condition and booking is never easy. A consultant Orthopaedic I work with is happy to see me in the clinic but I just need a referral from the GP as per protocol and they are not giving it. At the end of the day they are general practitioners and never a specialist yet they think they know everything just to screen patients yet HMRC do not screen us or hesitate when they take taxes from the public.

Those that are giving positive feedbacks, may I dare ask you how long you have been with this GP Practice?

Waiting on hold for someone to answer my call for 1hr 4mins. This was after I initially used their online service and didn't get a satisfactory answer.
Absolutely unacceptable. So I went to the surgery, which I don't like to do during these Covid times, only to be told that the phones are answered by their sister practice at Trinity Street. WHAT???? Is this correct?
