Was using the Post Office with the queue almost to the outside door. Can't help thinking that the old post office, in it's dedicated building, was much better for everyone. Got served eventually by a very pleasant assistant and felt sorry for those few counter assistants, enduring pressure resulting from a seemingly endless queue

Traditional stationery and book store shared with a Post Office. It's a pity it is so small now so the range of items is limited. I did find what I was looking for which no where else I tried had stocked!

There is a self scanner for faster check out but you may need to fight through the queue to get to it

Since the floorspace was halved to incorporate Ormskirk Post Office the range of goods has become very limited, but most of the things most people want are still there in smaller numbers

Plenty of choice of papers magazines stationary equipment cards and lots more.Also a post office and money exchange.

Quite a small WHSmiths, but usually well stocked and not too busy. The post office queue can sometimes run into the shop if they are busy and can make it hard to get to some items as the aisles are narrow.

Staff are friendly and easy to approach, usually not too long a queue at the checkout.

Decent service but sometimes a tad slow in post office

No one answers the phone. Why have a phone, encourage people to call and then not pick up? Very poor customer service.
