I can see why others might be frustrated, but I've had a positive experience so far. Called this morning and yes was on hold, but got through after 9 mins, got a call back from nurse within two hours and appointment with doctor same day. Got referred to hospital and appointment in two weeks.

I think they have a really hard job and although it's not perfect they are doing their best. I want to wish anyone who works in the NHS my best and I'm very grateful for free healthcare.

I have always had a good experience with this surgery. Its sometimes a little hard to get a routine doctors appointment that isn't a month or so away, but their same day access service is brilliant. The doctors and nurses are also all very good are really care about helping you feel better.

I was told by an operator, after a 40 minute wait, that you cannot get an appointment by phone, only by using their online system. This is not the sort of service you expect from the NHS. Being told by that operator that the reason is because they have 40,000 patients and they needed us to do some of the work (her exact words) left me speechless! Maybe they need to downsize or remember that they are there to help and not to do us a favour by seeing someone. I will be changing doctor as soon as possible. Never want to have anything to do with this lot again!

I phoned to receive test results as they are not visible on Patient Access. I was 8th on the queue. I waited till I was 1st in the queue and as soon as I got there, the 'call nagivator' cancelled the call. I was forced to call again and was placed in position 11 in the queue. Still waiting...

I do feel for the staff here. There's clearly too many people registered in the willow group and it's far exceeding their capacity.

When you go in and talk to the receptionists they are genuinely quite lovely and trying their best. Some of the doctors I have dealt with aren't so great but that's a nationwide thing I suppose. Some are amazing and have helped me a great deal over the years.

The site itself has an okay amount of parking but at busy times it's really crowded and it's hard to find somewhere to park. The pharmacy adjacent is quite slow but at least there is one.

Just impossible to get help, they just forward you on to A&E to reduce their workload.

Very helpful staff. Never had a problem using econsult, generally answered quickly. Phone waiting time can be long but they are very busy with lack of staff but all in all would highly rate Brune Medical/Willow group

Do Not Use Willow Group absolutely useless. . I filled out Klinik form over 3 months ago and they diagnosed a chest infection I was given 5 days antibiotics however it did not clear up so filled out an form again only to be sent for an x ray which I had on the 17th August and I still do not know the results as they cannot seem to be bothered to contact me about them . I am constantly snoring and coughing due to the infection . I filled out another form on 1st September and they have not even bothered to contact me at all . It seems as though the Staff do not care its no wonder A & E are always so full as the doctors cannot be bothered to do what they get paid for . I am considering reporting the willow group to the ombudsman as I am sick to death of trying to fight for treatment which I pay my Taxes for .
